In a week when Sonny Bill Williams has indicated that he will not be announcing his Super Rugby future until after the Tri-Nations has finished, Crusaders supporters can look back on some of his finest Super 15 moments alongside his fellow centre Robbie Fruean in this video compilation.
Williams said he didn't want the issue to become a sideshow to the All Blacks' current campaign and had therefore held off saying where he will play next year. A return to the Crusaders has been definitely ruled out and it would seem that the Blues and the Chiefs are current favourites for his services after the World Cup.
The 26 year old gets his first Tri-Nations start at the weekend when he forms a centre partnership with Richard Kahui in what is seen as tantamount to an All Blacks 'B Team'.
Speaking to Rugby Heaven, Williams explained
"With everything going on I just want to play some good rugby,"
"I didn't feel like this was a good time to have a big media thing just about me and a franchise. For me, it's not about the franchise, it's about the All Blacks and trying to secure a spot in that World Cup squad.
"I will do it straight after the Tri-Nations."
